Joyful Ever Furniture Co., Ltd was start from 2001 in Shenzhen; we can custom different kinds for Apartment Furniture.Hotel Furniture,include Solid Wood Furniture.Panel Furniture and a cooperative factory manufacture upholstered Sofa set. Until now, there are total 30,000 square meters workshop and 200 skillful workers and the advanced complete set of production facilities can finish 80x40'HQ products per month. Meanwhile, more than 15 QC staffs do theirs hard work to ensure the goods all eligible for customer.

1. What are your material and quality control procedures and guaranties?
We cooperate with many famous design company and brands, they have very high requirement on the quality.
For the details of the quality control, we mainly have three procedures:
a. What's the material such as MDF, Plywood, tempered glass, acrylic, LED strips etc., we use are all with high quality, passed CE, RoHS, CE certification etc., have material control department to check and test the material.
b. We have a very professional and strict quality control team to check the quality.
c. We can take pictures of each procedure: wooden, painting, ironing, installing and send them to you.
d. You or you can ask the third part to our factory to check the quality.
2. How can I get an effective design?
A: If you have a final design, please provide us the design documents and we will exactly build as your data.
B: If you don't have a final design, that is OK, just provide us the similar pictures you have and our designer make a scheme as your detail requests.
C: If you don't have a final design neither similar picture, don't worry, we will provide you some suggestion to choose and we are sure that we can provide you the best service.
3. What is the "Design Fee" or "Sample Fee"?
"Design Fee" or "Sample Fee" is prepaid before we start designing as your customized request. It is usually $200-$500 according to the different demand and it is just an symbol for both us shows sincerity we want to cooperate. Please be sure that we will refund the money to you when the order confirmed so the design is free for you.
4. How to know the production process?
Our people always keep their eyes on the order and we take pictures everyday so it is a daily record for your order. If you want to know your order production details you can ask photos from our people and we work 24 hours for you.
5. How is the payment?
After we confirm the order you should arrange the 40% deposit advance and then we start arranging production. But be sure that we only start production after receive deposit money so the earlier payment the earlier production. We accept payment through T/T, PayPal, Western Union and Money Gram. Please kindly check the account information we provide before you arrange the payment. Please provide us the T/T SLIP or Payment Notification to us for reference.
6. What is the cost of the shipping?
The cost will be informed once know your port to delivery. The cost is will adjust with different month and the actual weight.
7. How will you keep the product safe on shipping?
The goods will be packed with foam inside and wood crate outside. EPE Cotton→ Bubble Pack→ Corner Protector →Kraft Paper Pack→ Carton / Wood box.
8. How about taking delivery?
We will present you all the original shipping documents via express after you clear all the payment and also we can arrange telex release if you need it. And you can take the delivery with the shipping document after you clear your custom.
